I wish I found this company years ago. They are incredibly friendly, fast, intelligent and honest. I am a new office owner and had a compressor blow up last night. I didn't realize how much that could paralyze the office! All of a sudden nothing worked! Even the hygiene trays dropped 😭 I know to long time owners this sounds ridiculous, but I was a mess! What was I going to do? Did I need to break into a dental museum and get a kick powered handpiece?? My brain was going to dark, weird places. Wael was there in 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, explained what and why it happened and and gave me a back up. My anxiety went from 100 to zero. I have ptsd from needing repairs in the past and being stuck having to call the major repair corporation (P)... To make my frustration worse, that same corporation sold us the compressor nine years ago that just broke. Multiple times I had them look at because there were horrible screaming noises coming from it. They told me they hadn't heard that noise before, and there wasn't anything I could do. THERE WERE things I could have done. It DID need yearly maintenance such as changing filters and they either didn't know, didn't care, or lied.

I had an issue with my dental chair and Wael was able to come out the same day and take care of it. He was very convenient and efficient. Although it's never a great feeling when equipment breaks down/needs repair, our office will definitely use his services again when needed in the future!

This is by far one of the most honest, knowledgeable, and professional companies you could ever trust with your medical equipment. We had multiple treatment rooms in a large dental office, each with different issues affecting different machines. Their team thoroughly diagnosed every problem, clearly explained the cause, and walked us through the proposed solutions every step of the way. The repairs were completed efficiently and professionally, and the level of communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Absolutely amazing people to work with, especially the owner, Wael, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled correctly. I highly recommend this company to any medical or dental practice looking for reliable, trustworthy, and highly skilled equipment service and repair

Wael is an absolute God send. We scheduled with him to hook an air line in our lab. He was on time, knew exactly what was needed and had all the parts with him. He installed our air line fast and very casually fixed our Midmark Autoclave that was giving an error message. We highly recommend him! Thank you Wael for making our Monday less stressful :-)
